Joel Hirschhorn is recognized as one of the top attorneys in criminal defense in America, drawing on decades of courtroom experience and expert case management. Joel maintains a nationwide practice, with admissions to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, all Federal Courts of Appeal except D.C., and granted pro hac vice admission to 39 U.S. District Courts. His practice has extended to 34 different state courts across the country. He has also provided counsel to individuals (including U.S. and non-U.S. citizens) and attorneys worldwide on complex international legal matters. This broad experience has provided him with comprehensive insight into criminal law practice at every level of the American legal system.
